\nThese Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Kit Crew when you use kitcrew.shop or buy from us. Kit Crew is located at 4799 Seabreeze Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, US. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions go to support@kitcrew.shop.
\nYou must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Coaches, captains, teachers, parent volunteers and organisers often buy for a whole group; when you do, you confirm you are allowed to order for that group and to supply the names you type.
\nYou can check out as a guest or create an account in My Account. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it.
\nGive a correct email and shipping address. A school or club address is fine if someone can receive the parcel there. We are not responsible for delays caused by an address you entered incorrectly, though we will help where we can.
\nThe range covers six collections: Custom Team Jerseys, Basketball Uniforms, Soccer Jerseys, Baseball and Softball, Volleyball and Flag Football, and Practice and Team Gear. Photos and the live preview show how a product and its lettering look; screen colours vary slightly from device to device.
\nPrices are shown in US dollars. The price on the product page is for adult S to XL; adult 2XL to 4XL cost a few dollars more and youth sizes cost a few dollars less, as shown when you pick a size. Optional add-ons, such as adding the number on the front, are charged only if you tick them. The price is the same per item at any quantity. There is no minimum order and no quantity discount at the moment.
\nThe store does not collect sales tax at checkout. Any tax, duty or import charge that applies is set by the destination country and its rules; for orders to Canada, Australia or New Zealand, check your local rules or contact us and we will help you understand the order paperwork.
\nPlacing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms we received it. The contract forms when we accept it and begin processing. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if the personalisation breaks the content rules below. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
\nThis section matters more than any other for team orders. Read it before you add the first player to your cart.
\nEach personalised jersey is its own cart line with its own size, Player name on back, Player number and Lettering colour. Names print in capitals and can be up to 14 characters. Numbers can be anything from 0 to 99, and 0, 00 and 99 are three different numbers. Lettering colours are White, Black, Safety Orange and Gold.
\nWe do not send a proof or mockup. The live preview on the product page shows the name and number over the photo as you type, and that is your check. We print exactly what is in each field. If MCKENZY is typed, MCKENZY is printed.
\nBefore you pay, read the cart line by line. Check spelling, numbers, duplicates, sizes and lettering colour. On an 11-player basketball order, a duplicated number 23 is the most common slip we see. If you spot an error, email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will fix it. See Cancel or Change an Order.
\nWe print players’ own names, nicknames and numbers on our own designs. We do not print team names, league names, school names or mascots, sponsor or company logos, crests, pro team names, pro player names, or any other trademark or third-party artwork. We also refuse text that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening or unlawful. If a line breaks this rule, we will contact you, and we may cancel and refund that line. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains why.
\nBy submitting text, you confirm you have the right to use it and that printing it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim arises because of text you supplied in breach of this promise.
\nA player who joins mid-season can be added with a separate order at any time. The new jersey costs the same per-item price and ships free like any other order. Pick the same product, colourway and lettering colour as the original order so the new shirt matches the bench. Each later order is its own contract under the terms that apply on the day it is placed.
\nLogo-free jerseys, pinnies, shorts and socks carry no personalisation and are sold as shown. Team Practice Pinnies come in One Size Adult and One Size Youth; order the quantity you need on a single line. Team Crew Socks are priced per pair. The optional leg number on Team Basketball Shorts follows the same print-as-typed rule as jerseys.
\nYou pay at checkout using one of the methods shown there. Those are the methods available at that moment. Payment is taken when you place the order. If payment fails, the order is not processed. See Payment Methods for details.
\nOrders are processed in 1-3 business days. Transit takes 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders ship from the USA. Shipping is free with no minimum. We do not ship to other countries. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; weather, holidays and customs checks can add time. Plan back from your first game, especially for parcels heading to Australia or New Zealand. Order status is shown in My Account and on the Order Tracking page, and you can email us for an update. \nRisk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. If a parcel seems late or lost, contact us and we will help.

There is no restocking fee. The full process is on our Returns and Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy pages. These promises are in addition to any rights you have under consumer law.
\nYou may browse, build carts, order and share links to our pages. Our names, designs, photos and text belong to Kit Crew and may not be copied for commercial use.
\nIf you send us feedback or photos, you let us use them to improve the store. We will not publish photos of you, your players or your team without asking first. Photos emailed to us are deleted 30 days after delivery.
\nWe work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Kit Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed tournament fee or a rescheduled photo day, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
\nWe are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, customs holds, natural disasters or outages at our service providers. We will keep you informed and offer a cancellation and refund if a delay makes the order useless to you.
\nThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most problems are solved in one or two replies. If a dispute cannot be solved that way, it will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under South Carolina law, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
\nWe may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. The terms that applied when you placed your order govern that order.
