\nSeason opener in three weeks. Roster still changing. Two parents asking about youth sizes and one player who wants double zero. If that sounds like your week, Kit Crew is for you. We sell team jerseys and practice gear for people who organise a group: rec-league captains, youth and school coaches, PE teachers, office team organisers, church and community leagues, camp and clinic directors and parent volunteers.
\nMost people who shop with us are not buying a shirt for themselves. They are buying 3 to 60 shirts for other people, against a deadline, on a budget someone else set. They have a group chat full of sizes, a spreadsheet of numbers and very little time.
\nEleven players, one basketball league, one tip-off date. The captain builds the order one cart line per player: name, number, lettering colour, size. The live preview shows each back as it is typed. Before paying, the captain reads the cart top to bottom and catches two players who both wanted 23.
\nFourteen soccer players in youth sizes, two goalkeepers in a different jersey, and adult sizes for the head coach and assistant. The parcel goes to the school address. We kept that order simple by letting youth and adult sizes sit on the same product.
\nCompany softball on Thursday nights. Nicknames on the back, numbers picked by the players, two-button softball jerseys in one colourway. No company logo, because we print no logos at all, but the lettering colour carries the look.
\nThirty kids, two scrimmage colours, no names needed. A bag of Team Practice Pinnies in each colour, ordered as a quantity on one line, and a few Custom Reversible Practice Jerseys with numbers only for the older group.
\nThe range is small on purpose. Every product earns its place on a team order. Prices below are adult S to XL; adult 2XL to 4XL cost a little more, youth sizes a little less.

Not every team wants names. Some leagues hand out numbers each season. Some school programmes share kit between years. That is why many sports have both a custom jersey and a logo-free one. Same sport, same colour thinking, different job.
\nWe built the order around the roster, not the other way round.
\nEach custom product has its fields right on the product page: Player name on back, up to 14 characters and printed in capitals; Player number from 0 to 99; and Lettering colour in White, Black, Safety Orange or Gold. Some products add a tick box for the number on the front, at $3 and charged only when ticked. Others offer a Roster note of up to 120 characters for practical notes.
\nEvery player gets their own cart line. That keeps sizes and spellings attached to the right person, and makes your cart read like a roster you can check.
\nWe do not send proofs or mockups. The live preview over the product photo is your check, and we print exactly what is typed. That keeps things fast. It also means checking matters: spot a typo such as MCKENZY for MCKENZIE within 24 hours of ordering, email us, and we fix it. Details are on Cancel or Change an Order.
\nWe print players’ own names, nicknames and numbers on our own designs. We do not print team names, league names, school names or mascots, sponsor or company logos, or anything belonging to pro teams or players. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains why this keeps every order simple.
\nThese are the same numbers you will find on every policy page. We keep them short so you can repeat them to a parent in the car park.
\nThe price per item is the same whether you order three jerseys or sixty. There is no minimum order. There is no quantity discount at the moment, and we will not pretend otherwise with fake tiers. Shipping is free on every order.
\nOrders are processed in 1-3 business days and then take 7-14 business days in transit to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders ship from the USA. Plan back from the first game. A parcel to Australia or New Zealand can use the full 14 business days, so order early. See Shipping and Delivery.
\nWrong number, wrong size, wrong spelling? Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we change it. Cancel inside that window and the refund arrives within 7 days.
\nYou have 60 days to return items, personalised ones included. We send a free return label, even for change of mind, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return, or you can ask for store credit that never expires. Read the Returns and Exchanges Policy and the Refund Policy.
\nA new player in week four? Order one more jersey in the same colourway as a separate order. Same price, same free shipping.
\nHere is what a typical crew order looks like from the first message in the group chat to the first whistle.
\nAsk every player for three things in writing: name as it should appear, number, and size. Ask youth players’ parents to say youth or adult on every reply. Put it in one list. Look for doubles, such as two players claiming 10, before anything goes in a cart.
\nChoose the jersey that fits your sport and budget. A volleyball crew might pick the Custom Volleyball Jersey; a flag football group, the Custom Flag Football Jersey. Then choose one lettering colour for everyone. Mixing lettering colours on one bench is the second most common regret after duplicate numbers.
\nAdd one line per player. Type the name, the number and the size. Watch the preview update. If your sport uses front numbers, tick the box on every line, not just some. Add matching Team Soccer Shorts or Team Basketball Shorts and Team Crew Socks as separate lines with quantities.
\nRead the cart against your list. Then pay. The order confirmation email is your record; forward it to your assistant coach. If anything is wrong, you have 24 hours to email us.
\nYour order status appears in My Account and on the Order Tracking page. Email us for an update any time. When the parcel arrives, open it, count it against the roster and hand out shirts.
\nSomething not right? A size that does not fit or a colour you regret? You have 60 days and a free return label. A new player? Order one more jersey in the same colourway.
\nWe do not run countdown timers, fake stock warnings or made-up reviews. We do not invent discounts to push a bigger order. We do not claim things we cannot show, and we do not print other people’s brands. What you see on a product page is the product, the price and the fields. That is the whole deal, and we think organisers prefer it that way.
\nAdult sizes run S to 4XL. Youth sizes run S to XL. Pinnies come in One Size Adult and One Size Youth. Socks come in Youth, S/M and L/XL. We do not publish a numeric chart. Instead, our Size Guide shows how to measure a shirt each player already owns and compare it, and how to collect sizes from a group without guesswork. Ask players for their size in writing, not by memory, and check youth versus adult on every line.
\nMixed squads are normal. A soccer team can put youth players, goalkeepers and adult coaches on one order; just pick the right size type on each line and keep the colourway the same throughout.
\nKit Crew is an online store. Our business address is Kit Crew, 4799 Seabreeze Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, US. We support customers by email only, which means every answer is in writing and easy to forward to your assistant coach. Write to support@kitcrew.shop and we reply within 24 hours on business days.
\nCount your roster. Pick one kit. Fill in the fields one player at a time. Read the cart once before you pay. Then get back to planning practice. Start in the shop, or browse answers in the FAQs and Help Center. If something is unclear, contact us.
